Very new player, looking for a social guild

Hello everyone,
I just joined the game (only 1 character, level 12), and I am looking for a social guild to join.
I am in my late 30s, and usually get 1-2 hours of game time in the mornings. I prefer guilds with mature members, social atmosphere who don't care about how optimised the characters are. I like to participate in relaxed groups, doing dungeons for fun and not rushing through content.
