Cancelled Standard, purchased Imperial. Can't upgrade my account ? [Solved]
Hi Support,
I cancelled my standard edition and upgraded to the imperial edition so I could join my friends in the 5 day head start. When I go into my account and try to redeem my imperial edition code I get the error, YOU ALREADY OWN THIS PRODUCT.
Is there a solution to my problem ? I really do not wish to create a new account.
