Issues with in-game cursor toggle. Anyone else?

The last 2 days I have been having issues with my in-game cursor toggle. I have not changed the keybinding in 4 years. Somehow I keep losing my toggle, without pressing the key bound to it. Read a book - toggle off. Look at map - toggle off. Look in inventory - toggle off. You get the idea...

I keep having to press my keybinding to get it back and its super annoying. I know at least one other person that has said this started happening yesterday as well.
I am hoping this is not just another annoying Warden bug like staying in combat extra long or randomly showing in combat for no reason.

I have already tried a hard reboot of my system. Ideas?

    I think it worked? I feel kinda dumb, but I really only check Minion once every week or 2. :|
