The Only Things Housing Is Missing

Is the ability to feed / train mounts at your house, and have a personal bard at your house. Plus the obvious house storage.

I have an: Island, mansion, and a stronghold. Got pet tigers and leopards as mounts. A private beach, and a dojo for dueling. And a dueling arena for more luxury duels. Got multiple target skeletons for practicing rotations and gauging my DPS. Even got myself a complete crafting barn/house and full-size Dwemer classroom/study. Seriously. I installed a classroom in my mansion. Lol. But, I have no means of having sweet music played for me as I’m lounging in my bathtub or hot springs? N’ah. Not cool.

I want to hear that lovely red diamond tune as I swim my troubles away. I want to feed my polar bear and other mounts without the need of having to porting to a town. And I want to take my gear off, and throw it in 1 of the many trunks I have scattered around.

Please ZOS. Please incorporate those 3 things I listed once you fix the: Lag, load screens, and over balance of classes. You’ve already incorporated houses to have: Mundus stones, bankers, merchants, DPS dummies, etc. Why not go on ahead and finish up the job? You’re already 90% done. Just top it all off already. You essentially have a beautiful pizza that is just needing the cheese. C’mon ZOS. Just do it.

One thing I wish they would do is allow friends/visitors to travel to all your houses.

I have 2 manors and yesterday I purchased 2 dps dummies for my guilds. Found out afterwords that guild members only have an option to travel to my primary residence. I ended up putting both dps dummy's in one of my manors.

Agreed. That would be an amazing thing for ZOS to incorporate as well.

700 limit for an instanced area is poor form. This and ZOS nerfing down furnishing plans dropping to push more CS items has put me off Housing. Plus it serves 0 practical purposes.

While agree more amenities in house would be nice and convenient: music, mount training, etc.

I think the biggest piece missing is being able to visit or tour other players' houses. I want to see how others have decorated their houses, caves and mansions. It might actually motivate me to buy some of the bigger spaces if I could see some ideas how different players are using the spaces.

EQ2 actually has rating systems and menus to tour the top-rated houses. There are some amazing decorators there! I've toured quite a few houses and I am just a casual quester.

Some of the things I would personally love to be added to housing:

- Wayshrine
- Daily Writ quest giver
- Access to guild bank/store (should be added to banker assistant)
- Weapon/Armor repair (should be added to merchant assistant)
- riding skill trainer
- more furnishing space

I can fit 24 people in my large/notable houses. I don’t know if it is because of ESO+ or what.

*Bards (More Red Diamond Plz, but being able to change the song I suppose would be okay, particularly if they sing the Dragonborn comes)

*More actual space to drop items. St. Delyn is a beautiful little suite but unfortunately you can not possibly make it look like it does in the load screen.

*Less P2W in terms of Housing. Some of this stuff that can't be earned any other way than crowns... needs to change. I'm afraid I simply don't see the point in spending thousands on a house interior when I could spend one minute or less to occasionally change my star sign. Its nice to have them in your home but it isn't 20 dollars convenient to put it in your home per sign.

Yes

Increased furnishing caps
Bards (with a choice of tunes to fit the mood of the house)
Update the banker and merchant to `real` bankers and merchants
Mannequins
Craftable (as furnishings) swords, axes, shields and weapon racks

And, as a personal request..
Make the area around Hammerdeath Bungalow part of the house. It`s got a veranda, a well, ramps up to an eating area......but I can`t use any of what is patently an error...

Oh, and make the Rotunda of Hakkvild more interesting. I would have bought this house from ZoS but I find the lack of care in the rotunda essentially offensive. This interior just looks lazy to me. You can't sit in the booths which would have been ideal as a meeting hall for a guild. There is no second or third floor despite the structure looking so impressive from below. There's no actual living space. The walkway at the towers should be functional (and this probably should be the case with some other homes I might add). If someone pays $100 dollars US or more on a home it should really gleam with usable and cool features and should not feel like someone did a great job and then mailed in the last 50%. I find Hakkvild Hall depressing because it had so much potential and they appear to be done with it. At the price tag they're offering it they should consider going back and tweaking it or consider dropping the price. Personally, I would rather they fix it. I have a feeling most players feel the same way. They really need to assess some of the homes that are already in the game and consider what is wrong with them and improve them. Hakkvild simply is the home I find most offensive, in part due to its price tag. It just doesn't measure up to Earthtear or Daggerfall Overlook or Topal or any of those.

I think all the houses need to be looked over, most ever house isn't as big as it looks from the outside. Ebonheart looks like it should have towers on the sides and a BIG tower in the middle, that you don't see from the inside.
There should be mannequins to be able to display armor or costumes on, weapon racks to put weapons on, and shields should be able to be displayed.....and none of that should count as deco items for the limit, maybe put a 50 item limit on display items or something like that.
