Has anyone found a prequel quest?

I'm talking about something along the lines of "Of Knives and Long Shadows" or "The Missing Prophecy" - something that hints at upcoming content without being part of the actual DLC. I went through most of the major cities in the Aldmeri Dominion as well as Belkarth and Dragonstar and didn't see any new quest arrows. Did anyone else?

I did that quest last pts cycle. Its not on the live server yet.

I can confirm both "Of Knives and Long Shadows" and "The Missing Prophecy" are on the PTS right now, because I picked them both up to keep their quest arrows from cluttering up my search for any new prequel quests.#proud2BAStarObsessedLoony
