I'm talking about something along the lines of "Of Knives and Long Shadows" or "The Missing Prophecy" - something that hints at upcoming content without being part of the actual DLC. I went through most of the major cities in the Aldmeri Dominion as well as Belkarth and Dragonstar and didn't see any new quest arrows. Did anyone else?
