N0TPLAYER2✭✭✭✭✭You can choose a different control scheme that lets you jump with r stick clicking in - on Xbox. It's a option in game
And you can also re map your buttons for different things with an elite controller on the dashboard.

Reset to default map as your controller memory may have been corrupted or changed.

At least he is able to sign on. I haven't been able to do that in 8 days. Over 80 emails and 50 hours of troubleshooting with all 3 venues. Nothing works. Wish all I could do is not jump. Yeah I'd be a little frustrated but I'd still be able to play and healers generally don't have to jump much lol.0

Try switching profiles then switching back to your preferred one, that seems like it would be somewhat of the same kind of "fix" as when it happens on PC.
Anyone who has this issue on PC... Open up your controls. Double check that the button you want is set as the control for Jump. If it isn't, set it. If it is... Unbind it, then set it again. When you exit the controls check to see if it works, if it does now type /reloadui into chat to save the keybind(just so you don't have to do it again if you crash or don't properly log).
