while i agree xbox has a service interruption...so those of us with digital copies are SoL....it's strange that I can log into EU server but not NA with the same xbox GT?

I'll tell you what will fix it quick like.....Around 10 Thousand people demand a refund for their digital purchase from Microsoft and I bet you $100 Bethesda would have extra servers online in a heart beat.....

I just bought 230 F'N dollars worth of crowns to purchase the mundus stones for guild house and my f'n crowns didn't register, now the server goes down and now I don't know what happened to my crowns...

Same problem. We may need to submit tickets and tell them we purchased if it didnt get through to their servers.

Remember all of those posts about ESO dying?

I'm pretty sure 400 bazillion people all trying to play at once is solid player base number. Hopefully like 12 of us can play some time soon though.

I can't log into eso, having no problems play any other digital Xbox one games. I guess I'll play when the kids goto bed.

Well according to ZOS it's xboxlive and not related so guess if we go by what they're reporting...it's not an overload.

To be fair I logged on around 6am and it was sluggish....I assumed cause the servers were being overloaded.

Around 1pm eat I went back on and it was worse BUT just the NA server so it seems your accurate but ....again according to ZOS, it's an Xbox live issue so prob only 10k total ppl

Yawns...did anyone not expect this? It happens only every major update. At this point, I don't care if it's Zo$, xBox, or Donald Trump. This happens all the time and all Zo$ does is point the finger at Microsoft.

This is BUllSH*T. All 52 of my Xbox one games are working INCLUDING the MMOs except for............ESO........... and all of the sudden it's Microsoft's fault. Have some respect for yourselves as AAA company and take responsibility for your failed launch (launches). shifting the blame like this is disgusting. remind me again why I pay for ESO Plus? This is a continuing pattern with you guys. BEHONEST AND TELL US WHATS WRONG AND WHEN ITS GUNNA BE FIXED. I took a day off work because I wanted to get started early on my warden and AGAIN gave you the benefit of the doubt. How stupid i feel right now

First off, just play the game tomorrow or this weekend when it's working again. There's really no need to be upset. I would be willing to bet that it goes down for a few hours a couple of times this weekend as well...

But ZOS, come on... there's no way this is Microsoft's fault. The error message that they have on their website doesn't have anything to do with ESO, so please give us actual updates on how you're working on the problem. We're big kids, most of us can handle it and just want to know what's going on.

Fixing these types of issues are not always straight forward or easy to fix. I work on big software with lots of users myself and these things can sometimes take time to resolve. I am not defending any statements made by ZOS( Because I do not know what they are), but I know what kind of pressure they are under to resolve it. It is a regular occurrence to encounter a software bug you have never seen before each time the software goes down or a server goes down.

I hope ZOS can find the problem soon. I know you are working hard to resolve it. Good luck.

Yeah I'm sorry about that. I hear stories similar to this on the forums with pretty much every major update. I would say in the future to just always expect this game to go down randomly for a week or two after an update, especially DLC's, and super especially this one. It's less disappointing this way.

It is a zos problem. Most are aware you aren't being truthful, well atleast I hope they are.

Bs, tell the truth please. If my purchasing and using of digital content was the problem I wouldn't be able to get in on the EU server.

The only logical conclusion is you didn't prepare for Morrowind launch.

Ok, well, I cannot even get the game to load past the splash screen for Morrowind... so, am I having the same problems or no? I just finished spending the entire day downloading the patch, and now, my game doesn't even load past the picture of the Guy, Girl, Bear... just goes right back to dashboard.
