New Tab Will Open Up Called "Virtual Assistant"
1- Type "Talk to a Person"
2- Then type "Billing"
3- Then Click "None of the Above"
4- Then Click "Talk to a Person"
Finally it will put you in the Queue to talk to a Live Microsoft Representative.
That Can Fully Refund Any Crowns You have Lost with ESO/ZOS & Microsoft's Billing Procedure, or with your Account. Provided You have Given a Reasonable Excuse / Complaint.
You can also use this Procedure to complain about any games you have purchased, like Morrowind to get a refund. But It must be a digital purchase bought from Microsoft's Site with a Existing Credit Card. They Don't do refunds with Microsoft Credits.

I've been trying to get past the stupid splash screen O.o Is this part of the problem, others having this same issue? Or, am I the only one that cannot even get to the log-in part?
