MW upgrade not on account xbox
I've had the base game through xbox downloads for ages, bought the collectors edition upgrade pre order months ago. when i try to sign it it says morrowind is not on account and to enter code or purchase. xbox downloads shows it purchased. game management shows the expansion pack installed. i've only ever used one gamer tag to play and purchase everything.
ideas?
am i really the only person experiencing this?
xbox game tag is same as forum name.

✭morrowind update didnt auto install
the digital download shows as installed but the game itself needs to update
you actually need to turn it off & back on again
althouggh there is a service interuption with xbox atm so you may have a few issues - hopefully not though

how do i check that? it installed late last night for a couple hours, and the last update time on eso shows 6/5/17.0

✭i have no idea how you would check that - i just know from experience that auto updates do not work with ESO patches/DLC/chapters and i have to do a hard rest of my console to trigger the update
i unplug the power cable from the xbox, leave it a few min, plug cable back in ie. hard reset the console0 -
Lafemmina✭✭My sister is having this same problem, my account purchased it and is set as her home console. It let her download morrowind and the pre order bonuses but is now claiming she doesn't have it. I'm going to be mad if they try and claim we have to buy a second copy on top of all the money we've both spent on the game like "ESO Plus" and "Crown Store exclusive costumes, mounts, and styles" I'm tempted to stop playing the game entirely which I haven't even been able to be on since yesterday, and suggest to everyone I know to never give them a dime.0

You can, but the ESO: Morrowind upgrade must be purchase on the gamertag(s) for which you want to play it. This is where Microsoft will need you assist you.
It would appear that you must purchase the upgrade on whatever gamertag you want to play with it on. This would imply that you have to buy it multiple times for multiple profiles.

I used my same gamer tag, but still it won't link. I tried the hard system reboot. Why don't they have any support. There isn't even Web chat support.....0

Solved: even tho showed as my game on Xbox account online, and installed, etc. I guess on previous orders it installs right away but doesn't charge card till days or more later. Between purchase and charge must have been when I lost and replaced card. Purchased showed as canceled in Xbox support. Rebought and all good.
