Thanks for your respsonse. Problem I have is, Ive been playing ESO on my main gamertag for along time and ESO game is actually on another profile on my xbox that is set to home. So would the upgrade work on my gamertag even tho ESO is on another profile.

You can, but the ESO: Morrowind upgrade must be purchase on the gamertag(s) for which you want to play it. This is where Microsoft will need you assist you.

I have called Microsoft and they said to contact you guys as they have nothing they can do as of right now because "higher ups" don't want them to refund everyone. I have 2 accounts one that is my gfs and one that is mine. I bought the 60$ game that should be shared across me to her and come to find out I can't even play as I bought a 60$ dlc that cant be shared for the wrong account. So idk if you guys can change it to allow people to play if they bought this huge "dlc" but I would like if something gets figured out as I just waisted money. I mean I would have never bought it if it had a warning saying "this game/dlc doesn't allow you to share" but nothing.

Buy other copy and then ask for refund like the other post here. If they say no....then it's a no
ZOS can't refund Xbox purchases only stuff from their own store which would be by creating a ticket.

I understand that I'm just saying if they don't put a warning sign next to the game saying it can't be shared across accounts like every other game and dlc I have purchased I would appreciate it if someone within Xbox or here could help as Xbox said that zeni could help
