✭✭✭✭✭If it's out of the crate and still shows 0 that would be a bug for sure. As far as it showing 0 inside the crate, my hope is that is also a bug to be fixed at some point. A quest prompt comes up asking you if you want to do this writ but you have no idea how many vouchers, what style, how many traits, nothing. If that is by design, then the design sucks.1 -

That information should be under the seal, and should be a mystery until you open it.

Cêltic421✭✭✭✭It always shows 0 vouchers when you looking at them in the writs reward box. If you want to know how many vouchers just collect the master writ without accepting the quest then go look in your inventory and find that master writ and it will tell you how many vouchers.1

If not its an bugged writ, happen from time to time. You can also get the 64K writs creating stuff like legendary lumber, necropotente style quality epic, trait sharpened.
So its not an equipment item and / or set is not craftable.
Grinding just make you go in circles.
Asking ZoS for nerfs is as stupid as asking for close air support from the death star.0
