@Vaoh is a PS4 player on the NA server. With that specific character from the videos apart of the Daggerfall Covenant. I've grouped up and played with him tons upon tons of times, and we're on each other's friend's lists.

That's freakin awesome, then. I'm not saying sorc or anything needs to be nerfed, and I understand from what I read is DK have been nerfed a couple times and folks are crying that sorc are too powerful and needs to be nerfed. As a DK, I found what I feel is comfortable enough for me to solo many PvE contents, from world boss pits to a couple vet dungeons with no death at times. With my current DK, I would not be able to solo those that Voah have. Yes, it may depends on how certain one plays, like Vaoh with his at awe feats or others who can breeze through vMA without a scratch, but it also include what the build, weapons and skills are combo and slotted.

What has always been puzzling me is that. How can one solo such a brutal contents of ESO with a sorc, such as Vaoh's feats, which he have proven many times over. I guess sorc are that powerful then, beyond imagine, if you would. Any build, usually, you have sacrifice something, in order to gain in something else. If you want 40k majicka or stamina, your heath and resistances will be low. If you want high dps, such as in medium sets, then your health and spell/physical resist will suffer and would not get what heavy set can offer. That is why Tank, with their high health and higher resistance capability, can withstand a lot of punishment, but they can't dps too well. So, Vaoh is putting out some brutal dps, even though it is not showing, to be able to diminish the bosses' health meter at that speed.. and although, he is getting pommeled at times, yet, he is able to regen very quickly. Ideally, to acquire such high dps capability, your health, stam or majicka regen will also suffer. Plus, his build is likely light and medium sets where his resistance will suffer, unless sorc have certain skill that will buff that up extremely. Normally, sorc and NB die much easier in vet dungeon or trial than a toon with heavy, is because those sorc and NB are using light and medium sets that bump up their stam or majicka and dps, but are suffering in resistance.

Good that someone, like Vaoh is that good with a sorc for PS4, as you say. So, then a sorc is that much more powerful than other classes, which in turn doesn't seem too fair that one class could be that much more powerful than the others. I'm not an advocate for nerfing. I'm for bringing all classes to have somewhat of a close proximity to build something to equate to being equally powerful. For example, I seen a clip showing a sorc, using overload, putting out single damages in the 57-60k and higher, and he was sustaining that on his rotations. As brutal as my DK can be, the most I got from a single hit was about 35k. The only way for me to get close to 60k is to combo the heavy attack and wrecking blow for an attack. Adding up the two damages from this combo, yes, it can reach to the high 50-60k, but it is much slower to execute and not a single strike like the sorc's overload strike. The only other way is while sneak and strike from behind. I've gotten up to 72k doing that from one hit. Now, this is just a damage test for a single strike and not a dps test.

Good for Vaoh, his ability and his sorc, but what he has also shown is the distant separation apart of what a sorc can do and be much more powerful from the other classes. I guess it's time to create a sorc toon!

Maybe it's simply because he knows the class, loves the class, and is REALLY good at the class.

It's all about building on the strengths and minimizing the weaknesses. He has obviously learned to play a sorcerer VERY well, and with the current state of sorcerers he can do amazing things.

Why not just give credit where credit is due instead of wanting all players and classes to be able to do the exact same things?
