I have always wanted to see executes actually be conditional. Ie..unusable until their threshold is met.
To me it just makes sense that that "execute" is not even usable until the target hits 50%-25% (respectively for the execute type)
As for beam. I sure do miss the days it could be roll dodged, as stupid radiant can completely stop cloak from being casted.
That would be fine with me. Would help stop targeting the wrong player/mob also. Targeting in this game has been terrible since they changed the tab-targeting from the reticule box to the silhouette we have now.
As for cloak not working with RD on you, are you sure you aren't being hit with Soul Assault? That skill actually prevents cloak for 2 seconds according to tooltip.
Answer this truthfully templars. How much does Radiant tick for at full health. Now how much does soul assault tick for full health. Same, less, or more?
My tooltip for RD right now is 15k over 2.8 seconds. Add an extra 20% if you are at full magicka (which is impossible, since casting the spell will automatically give you less magicka but whatever), will give you 15*1.2= 18k over 2.8 seconds. That is what it hits for at full health.
With the 330% bonus (assuming 1% health) it will hit for 15k*4.3= 64.5k over 2.8 seconds. If you have full magicka then it is an extra 20% on top of that, so 77.4k over 2.8 seconds at 1% health. Of course at 1% health you will never see that full channel.
My tooltip right now for Soul Shatter is 55k over 2.8 seconds.
I mean, it's not even remotely close at full health. Shatter Soul/Soul Assault is vastly stronger at full health than RD, which is why you only see poor players, or players with o other options at range using RD at full health. OR misfires. That happens all the time.

Not asking tooltip. Asking actual damage tick. Im seeing 2-3k ticks from RD, and 2-3k ticks from Soul assault. Something isnt adding up.

My bad I should have clarified, I can see the confusion. I meant Radiant Magelight being so prevelant, that once you are visible someone usually casts that to keep you from cloaking, then you can't cloak the Radiant Destruction.
