Selene Double Procs

Its a specific method, something that unless you know what it does you wouldn't do normally in pvp.
You wouldn't know as you don't seem to pvp. You seem to love being in threads to do with pvp though.

Yeah instead of adding to discussions you seem to spam post threads with useless things not even relevant to the discussion. Complaining on the forum designed for feedback is the only way to get things fixed, otherwise zos would of ignored how strong proc sets are. It's called balancing and feedback and it only happens if players actually give feedback.
You on the other hand don't seem to have grasped the concept of a forum and think spamming threads with irrelevant things.

I love the warped sense of logic that enables a person to use an exploit to their advantage and not think they are cheating.
