Selene Double Procs

Its a specific method, something that unless you know what it does you wouldn't do normally in pvp.

You wouldn't know as you don't seem to pvp. You seem to love being in threads to do with pvp though.

nah i pvp plenty. i just dont conplain about it on the forum CONSTANTLY. You wouldnt understand that concept.

Yeah instead of adding to discussions you seem to spam post threads with useless things not even relevant to the discussion. Complaining on the forum designed for feedback is the only way to get things fixed, otherwise zos would of ignored how strong proc sets are. It's called balancing and feedback and it only happens if players actually give feedback.

You on the other hand don't seem to have grasped the concept of a forum and think spamming threads with irrelevant things.

So just let threads die if there going too, or do you need need the approval of others in order to message me?

pretty sure the double proc has something to do with hidden blade from dw skill line.

Had this happen yesterday. I messages the guy and his response was something to the effect of "its not my fault. I am not cheating. ZOS released a set with bugs." I love the warped sense of logic that enables a person to use an exploit to their advantage and not think they are cheating.

It amazes me how people will tell themselves anything they can to believe a lie.

Double proccing? You can easily triple-proc it.

No just proc and deal X damage type of sets.
