What have you heard over and over... and over again while playing ESO?
I'll start:

Rawlkha is the most convenient town as the bank and guild traders are directly next to the wayshrine with a general merchant close by, however the above saying makes Rawl a repetitive mess if you have the speech volume turned up..PC-EU 666cp+
