My understanding is that a 'few' is 1-4 while 'several' is 5-9... well that's how it worked in Heroes of Might and Magic anyway

To me a few is 3-4 hours several is anything over 5hr.

whether thats EU or NA is another thing, but in reality going off every other previous patch I am EU and do not really expect to be playing today, if we are I'll be very surprised and even more if there is no extra unscheduled downtimes after.

You need to be nicer to the IT folks. I had to ask for chrome.

Nobody gets to have anything installed on their computer that isn't on the company-wide approved list, and even then you only get the standard ones installed for your role, unless your manager or director sends in a ticket to have something else installed for you... Trying to get anything added to the company-wide approved list would take months and require a strong business case.

Heck, even when I was one of the IT folks I didn't get to have things installed that weren't approved...
