The system administration is likely done by ZOS employees in ZOS offices in Germany, or more likely, the US. I doubt that ZeniMax Media built a datacenter, so ZOS is leasing floor space at some existing datacenter that provides network and power. ZOS may also have contracted with someone to actually maintain the physical hardware, which could be the same company that ZOS leases the hardware from.XBox EU/NA:@ElsonsoJannus

whisperity✭✭I have 500 Mb/s fiber at home, for about 15 euros a month. That price includes cable TV as well. Of course mega zerg campaigns like True Flame [EU PC] lag as hell though. Probably I haven't reset the darned router in a long time
And on your 500 MB/s internet you are running 10 or 15 processes at any given time. A server has to be in connection with thousands of clients every second.0 -
