For the last few months, I've roll with a very simple and typical:

    1x Bloodspawn
    2x Leki
    5x Hunding
    3x Agility

For the past week, I've been roling with:
    5x Eternal Hunt
    5x Skirmisher
    1x Molag

I'm starting to fall in love with this Eternal Hunt set!

the above mentioned gear sets are good for dps, but not balanced between dps and sustain, so it may make you a good ganker, but not a great player generally.

How would u set up a build? All I ever see are gank builds posted for pvp. I don't see stamblade going toe to toe with anyone. It's more of an attack and escape and kill whoever broke off from the herd

    I use 5marksman/5alchemist/2 lekis

But...it's a dot. It's not a burst set. Were you using it trying to one shot people?

I use this kinda build on my NB; 5 alchemist 5 marksman 1 kena 1 blood.
5 alchemist when 2H is used
5 markman when Bow is used.

Out of stealth it hits very hard..... buff up using relenless focus.... pot.... rally & magelight (slot camo for stealth bonus & dawnbreaker as well) im hitting 14-15k as an average on a lot of players and 18-19k 20% of time.... ive had a few 20k hits as well.

But if your not dead.... I am. cest la vie.

I run 5 skirmisher/5alchemist/2kena on a bow/DW build using potions for major brutality, it's got an absurd amount of burst and with siphoning attacks you sustain fine

I finally started running my new setup of 5 hundings, 5 vipers sting, 1 kena, with serpent mundus stone. And I love it! Ganking is quick and even in fights where I'm caught in the open, its got huge burst potential.

Ambush + incap strike with the viper proc usually means dead.

    @sluice Thanks for sharing!

I've been leveling a stam nb alt and have been lucky enough to secure a 5 piece skirmisher set with jewelry. I already have a Kena shoulder I've been saving, and was debating whether I should pair that with a 5-piece of Hundings Rage or Eternal Hunt.

EH seemed to have a nice synergy with the dodge roll effect from skirmisher, but I had concerns that I'd be giving up too much weapon damage. On the flip side, I was also concerned about going with HR and potentially having stam recovery issues.

But those numbers you posted seem to be very nicely balanced, looks like I'll be giving Eternal Hunt a try. Thanks again!

I have tried numerous sets now and I find the best dps/sustain has been 5 alchemist, 5marksmen. I can get 4700dps when buffed and still have 2200 Stam recovery. With being wood elf my crit from stealth is insane

It's a great Synergy. By dodge rolling you get:
-A rune that hits hard and immobilize!
-420 weapon damage for 5 seconds
-Major Expedition for 5 seconds (if on Bow bar..)
    -Dodge an attack.

But trust me it's viable. I have much better sustain and survivability now than with my previous setup (see one of my other post in this thread) Also, the rune is great for finishing dodge roller spammer.

Note, if you are using a Kena like me, you will need to go with Skirmisher or Eternal hunt as your weapons.

    I recommend going with 4x Well-Fitted and 3x Impenetrable.
That 20% dodge roll reduction from well-fitted will help a lot.
Also, be generous with Tumbling in your CP tree. I have 70 points in there.

Eh, in my personal opinion, on a Stamblade or Stam sorc you should be running just enough regen to get by and stacking damage for optimal results. The difference in burst between 6-7k weapon damage and 4k is HUGE especially when you're running minor berserk. I find around 1k regen to be enough as long as you use siphoning attacks properly

    No! Not at all!

    Nothing can warrant dropping Shuffle.
You may make a case about Double Take (Or the other Morph... I prefer Double take between to two, it's great when sneaking by as a Vampire, but off topic!), either way that 20% dodging from Double Take or Shuffle is huge!

Big plus if you are dodge rolling a lot, you will be even more evasive.

Seriously, regarding Shuffle, grab a friend from another faction and do this simple test:
-Don't pop shuffle, let him attack you with 10 consecutive light attacks.
-Pop shuffle, tell him to do 10 consecutive light attacks again.

You will be amazed with the results.

Without shuffle, when you get snare, what will you do without Shuffle? ;)
Remember this game is called Elder Snares Online...

Shuffle and Vigor are like the top 2 "absolutely cannot go without them" skills for a stamina build.

the above mentioned gear sets are good for dps, but not balanced between dps and sustain, so it may make you a good ganker, but not a great player generally.

Marksman is basicly the best stam sustain set in game for pvp. 2x stam regen bonuses + 5% reduced stam cost (works on every skill using stamina).

1500-1600 regen unbuffed while using shadow/warrior mundus instead of regen, and food (over drinks) with all weapon dmg glyphs on jewerly is pretty good. Spec when you use siphoning attacks.

(Talking about the 5x marksman + 5x alchemist setup)

Alot of dps and decent sustain.

If you use a stam/tripot your regen gets even higher, add relentless focus on that. Then killing someone with the 2h etc. And the alchemist proc : ez 4k+ weap dmg without sneaking.

Tough atm I'm using 5x viper instead of marksman.

    I really like it.
The sustain is great. You have absolutely no excuse to go out of stamina with 2k + recovery and Siphoning Attacks.
(Even by dodge rolling a lot)

I'm used to playing with 1.3k recovery (+Siphoning Attacks), it was fine in 1v1 and most 1v2, but more than that and you were calling for trouble. It was mandatory to keep Siphoning Attacks up at all time.

I have much better survivability with my new setup (5x Eternal Hunt, 5x Skirmisher, 1x Molag) compare to my old (5x Hunding, 2x Leki, 3x Agility, 1x Bloodspawn).

Strictly 1v1 speaking, my old setup was better for initial Burst out of stealth (since higher base damage), but they feel just as good in 1v1, but different. The Rune is amazing for finishing opponent.

Overall eternal Hunt is really great to use offensively and Defensively and I don't think I will go back to my old Hunding anytime soon.
