I heard before TG update that there wasnt much merit in this CP star. Now I hear somewhere that 1 point now is equivalent to 9 points pre-TG. Ive put 12 points into it thus far but Im unsure if there is any difference, since damage numbers arent always the same twice.
What do you think? Is this CP star worth it?

Lokey0024✭✭✭✭✭The number based reduction adds up much faster then % based. The 5k reduction on sharpend staves/2h weapons would have to have been a 30%-50% tooltip on the weapon. It applies to the cp tree as well.0
