Capes & cloaks ( Force disable them in Cyrodiil like you force disable pets )

jewellery crafting motif ( allows you to craft custom sets to jewellery )

Left out Class morph from the list, it touches too much into class balance, a thing that should be left out of cash shop.
Actually, that might also be true for spellcrafting...

Also, bank space will be dealt with crafting bags. (ESO+)

Jewlery crafting is much similar to spell crafting and class morphs.
Although I would like to see all those things, I'll leave those things out of the list because Crown store should stay vanity only.
Or at least as much as it can.

Let's please stop asking for crown store things and just ask that things be added into the game.
(Edit: the title was changed so...no there isn't anything I'd just pay for. Now I'm open to allowing players to buy things I can earn in-game but that's no longer how the crown store works)

This crown store solely on price has become a big problem.
I'd like to keep playing and have more and more content so unless it's DLC or some expansion, I really would prefer less focus on crown store items because intially it was suppose to only be items that could be obtained in the game but crowns were for convienience.

Now we see that's been a lie as most of the items in the crown store cannot be obtained outside of crowns @ZOS_GinaBruno

Materials/crafting storage accessible by all characters.

Essentially, all your crafting materials won't go to your regular inventory, and will be put into a separate bag as long as you are ESO+.
Can't say for certain if it will be an account wide bag, but I imagine that will be the case.

Only for ESO+ members? What a let down. ESO+ needs to contain a few more worthwhile perks if I am to purchase it again

I believe there has been a similar question in one of the ESO Live episodes.
They said that they won't add functionality to pets because then there would be "best in slot" pets. Their wish is for pets to stay vanity only.

How about Glamours?
In Final Fantasy 14, you could copy the look of 1 item and place it on another piece of gear. This was great because there was some awesome looking low level items that you would want to keep the design on without sacrificing the utility of high end gear.

Account wide Skill points unlock (scaled to the highest on any of your characters) so that skill pts work like CP. Skills would still need to be levelled ofc.

Additional character slots and race changes would be good.

Although I probably wouldn't pay for them because zos overcharges for everything.
