Certain pact xbox 1 emperor ALWAYS spams this combo. He is extremely terrible though.

In my opinion, this skill shouldnt constantly do more damage than most supers and siege weapons. Needs to be toned down a bit.

No it should not be nerfed as its the anti zerg combo. Zerg ball lags of mindless and skilless aoe spamming need a counter. With out abilities that do more dage based upon proximity this game would be even more of a "my zerg is bigger than yours".

Currently zerg squads are the OP build.

Used to be an AD emperor in EU-PC-Chillrend who'd do a similar combo to the thread title and bolt into our group. We eventually stopped him by forcing him to mess up his timings through bombard/magnum shot/fear/BE/petrify since you can't stealth into a group with BE.

Then we kept him occupied while the rest of the alliance dethroned him. Might want to give that a try so at least some of his damage won't be anywhere near you.

Proximity detonation is getting nerfed damage wise, I think it was 28% dmg nerf + the 30% cyrodiil nerf so it won't do the same dmg to singletargets anymore.

Not if it is a nightblade using cloudingswarm spamming concealed weapon or stam spamming surprise attack with 10/20% damage buff (depending on if they are bosmer/khajiit)

I laugh at that too. Pop my rune spam healing spam my ultimate and block rune constantly gives me mana so I can keep on healing. Even if I do no damage and die eventually I get satisfaction knowing it took several people a long time to kill me and it annoys the hell outta them. I aim to be a pain in the butt
