This is an awesome idea. I have linked it in my signature and referenced it in my post that explains in detail why Stamina Sorcerers fall flat compared to all other classes and their stam builds.

Also, all other classes have a reduce armor debuff skill, if you make crystal punch reduce armor as well it will fill both gaps in the sorcerer stamina toolkit.

Deltias build is garbage.

Also stats are a non issue, you are missing the point.

Stamina sorc does not need anything because a sorcerer is all about magic.

In previous TES games (morrowind) there were magic skill that required a touch. Like Fire-bite and Aralor's Intervention and many more.

Sure, sorcs can have Crystal fragment touch so they can bypass mr. flappybird.

But then I want snipe-touch to pass through sorc shield.

You both entirely miss the point of the elder scrolls series, which has always focused on the enmeshment of all skill types.

If it's not going to be a viable race class combo, it shouldn't an option.

As it stands, it is an option, many people play the class and want to play the class, and ZOS has stated numerous times they will be enhancing the race/class option. So enough with these arguments please.

Even though I want stamina sorc buffs I have always wanted this to be avoided. I want to use Magic to improve my physical combat, not my physical prowess somehow generating magic. I want to magically empower my weapons. I want to use magicka to move faster and hit harder. Also, there isn't a good reason for ZoS's unwillingness to make real hybrid abilities. Why can't the Op's Cyrstal Punch simply be a melee ranged, magically charged punch or weapon strike that costs magicka to initiate, but scales off of weapon damage? Flavor-wise I see nothing wrong with that.

You are missing the point.
In Elder Scrolls you do Magic with Magicka.
Without Magicka, no Magic.
Stamina isn't used for Magic.
Just because people want to play that way, doesn't mean the game should be changed to fulfill their special snowflake stamina needs.
Stamina Morphs make no sense.
Stamina Morphs ruin the game and are an easy fix for a solution that is obvious to everyone, that is, Stamina Skill Lines for some classes.

Now, if you want to cast magic out of stamina, no matter how "TES is about freedom" you cry, you will still be wrong. Find me a spell, any spell from any game, that consumes stamina. You can't.

TL;DR: You can't summon and bind daedra by flexing your muscles.

For previous ES games this has not always been true. In Oblivion, sorcerers were defined as magic users skilled in heavily armored combat. Not exactly sure why the ZoS chose to use such odd nomenclature when what they designed is more akin to the Mage class of the series. Since they did chose this route, people who to want to play roles similar to the classic Spellsword or Battlemage classes generally roll Sorc because they are thematically the closest. It's also worth noting that there are other hybrid roles throughout the series, but NB alone does a great job of covering all of those.

I know that Templar, DK, and NB can all fill the aforementioned roles to some degree, but the point is that Sorc has very little built in to support hybrid or physical combat centric builds and it needs something to fill that gap. Current Stam Sorcs are making due with what they have available and many are successful, but it wouldn't hurt to have just a bit more support.
