And NONE of those issues will be fixed by removing veteran ranks @GaldorP.

I think we can't know for sure since no details about how or when the veteran ranks will be removed have been published yet :)
Who knows, maybe there will be an entirely new main story with another Daedric prince :)

    Now that would be great!

I think you are right. And I think that's also why the vet levels don't bother me.

I see three main reasons why people find veteran solo content so frustrating :)
    No main story

On my first character, I ran back to the harborage every time the prophet showed up. On my second one, I pretty much forgot about the Main/FG/MG stories until I was almost in Coldharbour and then thought "Oh, I should go do those".

I mean, fighting Molag Bal is cool and all and I have fun every time, but other than that, meh... The zone main stories are more interesting to me.
    Slower progress

Yep. Here again, I never expected to go through the vet ranks as quickly as I went through the normal levels. I always looked at 1VR = 10 normal levels, so I wasn't put off by the slower progress. I just did what I thought was fun and leveled in the process at various speeds.

    It's still what I'm doing.
    False expectations

I think the false expectations go both ways. There is this view that unless you are V14, you cannot do anything in PvP or in End Game content. Sure, Trials and DSA are a bit hard, but you can run all the vet dungeons and you can most certainly PvP and have fun. I have a guildie who is leveling as a healer both doing the pledges and PvP and he's having a blast.

imo the all idea is to play one character only, the reason to create diffeent chars is not for the same player, but for differnt ppl in the house where each one could play his char.i have only one char, currently at v3, ther's no way in the world i'll start a new char,no matter what. i think if u have just one, than you'll enjoy the game much more, cause no need to grind, u can do all the quests of all factions and really enjoy them , u have one char to concentrate on and develop, and never get bored of it.

Yeah, that's technically against the TOS.

I don't mind the grind, but i really really hate the whole time travel bit.

If my character is supposed to be going around getting to know his "enemies" then fine send me off to do that, but really what is happening (for me) is that I'm sent off into a sidereal time line at a point in the past that mirrors where the story began for my character. If getting to know my enemies consists of watching how events unfurled for them, then for gosh's sake give me a couple DvD's and i can sit down and binge their history, because that is really all it is.. history.

When Vet content was sat down at a table and given birth there must have been some inkling of an idea about how it was supposed to be presented, the reasons for it existing- the why?'s. What we have ended up with feels like a hack job at best, at worst (and most reasonable) Cadwell's Silver and Gold are just tacked on content, with a little bit of spiffy phasing.

If this were another game, lets say The Last of Us (which was a beautifully written and crafted game :P), then the entire experience would be getting Ellie out of the city, ... 5 times... each time to unlock a different costume... , then calling it a day, whacking a price tag on it and patting each other on the back like we'd done something worthy of credit.

How ever it came about, it is what it is now. Such a shame that short cuts look so attractive.

I personally would have enjoyed running backwards through the zones... completing all the non-main, non-fighters guild, non-mages guild quests. In fact... 2 new quest lines for both the Fighters Guild and Mages Guild would have been a great welcome. Silver and Gold could have been handled much differently with a little bit of effort. The way it's handled does indeed seem like a last minute decision.

They could just have kept the side quests that dont have to do with the main story in the silver and gold zones.
