if you button mash for a pbae bomb, the animation takes place and your magicka is deducted, but no summon and no explosion (i.e., no damage). If I slowwwwwly press the button seems to work.

Yes,

its broken since Volatile fix.

Second bug, the dmg of the explosion did not crit.

These both bugs i reported around 10 times via ingame tickets.... nothing happened.

Cast is instant. Summon is not.

If the familiar is not fully formed, there is nothing to explode.

Sucks, but it's been that way for a while now. Keeps you from doing mass AoE/Stun by burning your entire Magicka pool in 5 seconds.
