Login Crash

Hey there I just bought elder-scrolls online and subscribed for three months
I was able to play in game ultra high graphics no problem for five hours
I now go to sign in and I hve to use a one time password to verify my computer to access my account witch is a pain in the ass.
I get the access code and go to enter it, hit ok and it will load for a second then freeze and crash. I've tried 20 times and it won't ever let me login anymore. I'm at work so I can't screen shot the error but I can't even log in and it's very troubling.
This is the second issue I've had with this game so far and it's leading to disapointment for me.

..? Uh k well any information would be good. I think that purchasing this game was just a huge waste if I can't even log into my character screen.

well you'd be right if you wont ever be able to login again. But you will. They will get you sorted out. Did you enter a help ticket yet? They also have a toll free 24 hour help line too. Here: I'll get you the links:

Here is a link if you want to call them. Its usually the fastest way to get service but it requires you actually hold on the line and some people dont like that. I always am willing to hold because it leads to faster responses usually:

Thanks for all your support a tech has contacted me and I will try his advise a soon as I'm home I was just working on my truck

Seems like you are onto it, Just throwing this out there though Overclocks on CPU and GPU do not agree with ESO.

Drop the hope that customer service generic advices will change anything, it seems their login server after transfer is screwed up and god knows how long it will take for them to fix it. Learn to be patient when you deal with this game...
