You had 5 VR8+ the entire time(Amarok, Dragon Knight, Jandles, Vaider, Voren). And then another joined toward the end(Aristo something). Your video that you were streaming shows all this yet you still try to make false claims...

Yea, so what you're saying is that a group of you all VR8+ fought 1 player and a bunch of NPCs? Mage Guards may be dangerous to sub-levels but are pretty damn easy to deal with once you hit VR unless there are a few players around to take advantage of their help.

Also please show these vids with Rizz defending, pretty sure he woke up surprised that the map had been flipped just like everyone else in our guild except the 1 or 2 that were on trying to defend. People have to work, so we have time limits in gaming, if you guys want to utilize that then fine. Just don't claim that you accomplished anything when you waited til we weren't around to really make a push, that's just silly.

Our highest was VR 2, your lowest, VR 8. It shows up on that video. Also watch the video and see when those arrows show up please. Claiming you 3 manned it when you actually didn't...just silly.

Voren is down and there are 2 arrows fighting plus you...that makes 4. That's when you make the initial hit and take out 2 players in a surprise attack. That can be seen at 53 seconds in YOUR video. At 1:06 you can see 3 arrows fighting and one dead ally, plus you...simple math makes that 5.

You don't get but a couple more kills until toward the end when a 6th shows up and you manage to catch a large group in the standard/broken talons combo. Seriously are you even watching this?

Hey D! I'm just a scrub newb getting owned by these amazing DC guys, but I hope to be able to fight you and the Noore at some point.

As Nord said there has been discussion about moving servers, I guess it depends whether or not we start getting consistent fights. Fights like the one posted are great, we have a couple people in our guild streaming pretty consistently and can post up some of our finer moments also.

If the Noore comes to Goldbrand will there be a zerg in tow or just your dedicated group? There is an AD population to equal both DC and EP, but they will admit that their coordination has been less than optimal.

If the Noore could rally the AD the same way that Iron Lotus has done with DC on a couple of occasions then we might be able to get some real competition going.

Okay now i know you're crazy at 26 seconds in you see that Dragon Knight and I are the only ones engaging. If you're not familiar with the game I'll fill you in. You can tell we're the only ones engaging because Our names are bright red not dull red. at 35 seconds in Voren runs in and at 46 seconds you see it flash to vorens health bar which says lvl 46. and he dies before even a minute into the video. Jandles the only other one comes in a bit after Voren and he is Vet 1. Around 1:20 you see him being chased off. Amarok dies at 1:27 v8. and just around 1:30 you see your team chasing jandles off still...I'm assuming you guys don't pvp much because you're never supposed to chase especially before you secure your position and makee sure you're team is okay at that point DK and I proceed to fight your team again. and before you go aorund talking about broken builds. You see you're super buffed empress spam bashing DK at 1:43 over n over with her uber stamina/stamina regen. from that point until 2:52 it's just me and DK. then Amarok comes back at 3:04 you see 6 Ep vs 3 of us and im under half HP and half magicka with your npc beating on me then we proceed to kill the bulk of your team also if you look at 4:24 you see that you have a v10 Dragon knight vampire Onric or w/e. With ALL of that being said. you had the empress on your side AND vets all the way up to v10 fighting you AT your farm WITH more players on your team AND NPC's hitting us. You chased players instead of killing the ones still around. basically what I'm trying to say is you played like *** and you're exaggerating our levels a bit much.also npc guards do hurt
I'm not going to keep posting back and forth on this because lets face it it's pvp and no matter what happens in pvp the losing side always has "less numbers" "lower levels" while the winning team has "broken builds". Enjoy and add me in game ANYTIME you wanna do a10v10 or some this @Vaider.

And to the AD guys we hope to see you out there. we are in no way working with EP they clearly don't like losing emperor after having it uncontested for 10-11days. I left campaign to check out dawnbreaker but if people are willing to actually fight I may come back and we can stick around and see what's happens. GLHF Goldbrand

I think the whole arguing back and forth on the forums thing is pretty silly so I won't get into this much. And for what its worth, that was a pretty cool video. Your build does look very powerful, so grats. Sucks for you that it won't last long because its built around broken mechanics, but worry about that when it comes time to nerf it I guess. You guys were fighting 3 guys from my guild in that video and whatever randoms Rizz was able to pull together. Rizz just happens to play a lot, even though he wasn't online when he got dethroned.

When I said we wiped you each time, I was referring to guild vs guild fights. I'll ask around and see if anyone grabbed some footage so we can continue comparing epeens, if you'd like. I distinctly remember a fight outside Arrius keep where 10 of us wiped 8 of you 3 times consecutively.

Anyway, I think you should know that one of your guys (don't remember the name but I can ask) actually spilled the beans on your plan. THAT's the problem, not the fighting.

You take things at off hours. Your guy told us that was your plan. Take things when no one is around, have the Emperor leave, let us take everything back. So I'm not overly interested in doing that.

Why would we bother taking things if you guys aren't going to bother defending? Because you just want to take it back when no one is playing? Sounds like Guild Wars 2 and Musical Keeps. I've done that and its boring.

That's nonsense, We dethroned Rizzllaa with him/her defending each keep. Raining fire ballistas down on us, summoning pact mages and mercenaries. we pushed him/her out of every single keep. And this is in no way "bragging" but i do not remember EVER being wiped by you. nor do i even know who you are in game (No offense).
All I'm saying is we fought Rizzllaa and beat Rizzllaa while he/she had emperor buffs. And while ep was defending the throne.
that being said I was trying to be buds with Rizzllaa in game and only came here to comment because i heard people were "talking ***"
I have no issues continuing to play and fight win or lose, I've not once said we're the best players in the world. I also have no problems settling any sort of "beef" in game if you guys would like to 10v10 we can do that. if you (all EP) would like to just go back to fighting and not worry about forums we can also do that.

Oh and that's not my "normal" build either. Just something fun to do and silver bolts can put an end to it quick fought plenty of smart vets who don't face tank aoe

@vaider, well that depends. Is Dragon Knight going to remain Emperor or is he going to leave the campaign so someone else can take it after another uncontested DC Emperor grab?

If there is fighting to be had you can be sure we'll be sticking around, but night flips/day flips when we're either working or sleeping only to have you guys not defend and "ALLOW" us to take emperor back as Dragon Knight stated...not really interested in GW2 with a TES skin.

I know you can't control pubs doing night flips, but all 3 times the map has been taken by EP(last one not being by us) DC was around but just didn't contest...BORING!! Then all 3 times DC took back the emperor they did it while our force was working or sleeping(except last one where we told you guys we weren't interested in playing the "crown a new emperor each time" game with you).

If you guys want to start playing the game as intended then great!

Also, still would like to see those vids with Rizz defending. He is in there a lot, but he sleeps too. Could have been some randoms firing fire ballistas. Anyway, just know that if we're fighting it won't be easy .

You did shock us when you first came in, like in this video, but we adapt to strategies quick and yes we have wiped you guys on more than one occassion. @NordJitsu is Idas in game.

I've got no beef with you guys either and I think a 10 v 10 or 5 v 5 would be a ton of fun.

Friend me in game @NordJitsu. I'm the GM of Rizzla's guild. We can work out some times and stuff that are good for everyone and I'll get a team together.

We'll be sticking around as long as there's fights to be had. Like I said, some DC player told Rizz that you guys planned to let us take the keeps each time so you could swap Emperor each time. If that's not really your plan and you intend to actually fight us over the keeps, then I'm good to stay, win or lose. We just aren't interested in fighting NPCs all day and having the map taken back each time we log on.

Rizz is a Euro player so he keeps odd hours compared to some of the others in the guild (though he's on pretty much 24/7 anyway.) So while I don't doubt that he was defending, the guild was never out as a group when we lost Emp (3 times now at off hours.)

Sorry if I'm wrong though. If you really didn't intend to just farm Emp and swap back and forth with us, then I apologize for the animosity. I'm kinda sensitive to people gaming Emperor (exploit was a strong word), but that's another story.

Maybe the guy who told us that was just trolling?

Who got stomped? You mean after we logged off and weren't around...yea sure they stomped us while we were away. I thought Vokundein was going to be a beneficial ally, but you guys seem to only be interested in stroking your own epeens.

Night capping will always be an issue on the NA server. It's the only way some guilds can do anything.

Now as for us being "beneficial" allies. Every time we came into the campaign, we took all the scrolls and took a majority of the keeps during "prime time" hours. We coordinated with Nordjitsu and took the entire map. We did this on several occasions until the map stayed red for over a week and NO AD NOR DC would come into PvP. We received several inquiries from AD/DC guilds, while we were guested else where, asking us to allow them to take keeps and reset the board. We told them we were guesting else where but if they began to take keeps, we'd come back and fight. It's not us being mean or arrogant. It's an issue of pride in our home campaign.

Its not an issue of epeen. We came in and assisted Nord in getting emperor by taking all the keeps and scrolls. Could GHH have done that without us, who knows. At that time, there was a healthy DC/AD presence. I'm sure GHH and friends would of done just fine. But that's not the issue. The issue is we were beneficial allies and we did come and we handled business. If you feel that is stroking the epeen, that's fine. We just like the truth and without guild tags, it's hard to tell who is doing what.

Either way, it doesn't matter. "WE", as a collective, chose to move elsewhere because we were simply not getting the level of competition on this campaign that we wanted. That's OUR choice. We had an alliance meeting, GHH did not show. They were invited. They were absent. That's not my fault. Plenty of notice was given. If they had shown, they would have had an opportunity to discuss our little trio's plans with the rest of us. But we, the collective, made the choice to move on. Unfortunately, that was without GHH's input because they did not show to the meeting. That effectively ended our agreement.

So I believe we're done here. Good luck on Gold brand. There was simply not enough healthy competition for us there. That's not a arrogance statement. It's simply truth. We like big fights. It's more fun.

Also from the looks of the content of this thread, looks like this campaign is a bit more "dramatic" then I'd want anyway. Lots of whining. Not really our guild's style. Doesn't matter who won or what happened. Doesn't matter if the other team is using broken abilities, has an emporer, or is using vamp/talons/swarm. There's always a win to win.

Either way, good luck. Think we made the right choice.

@bendare_ESO, I'm sure some of you were of that mindset, but when emperor is claimed and the majority of your guys say "You're Welcome" instead of "Congrats" then it becomes apparent that they are quite full of themselves.

Also I was referring to the ones coming on here and stating things such as "The other EP group got stomped by...etc." Implying that without them we're nothing, which is in fact false.

I wish the entirety of your guild thought about things the same as you, but they represent your interests poorly it seems.

Once again, maybe it's not your guild's style to be dramatic but you have quite a few members that are quite dramatic on their own.

If by dramatic you mean trying to clarify the reason we were considering stepping away from the campaign also, then sure. But then you were being "dramatic" by coming to the forums and explaining why you were leaving, at least if we are going by your definition of dramatic.

P.S. I say DK standard/broken talons because someone in the guild that uses the strat called it that once and I thought it was very clever. A strat is a strat, once you learn how to counter it no big deal. That strat is based around being able to get in close and have multiple enemies caught in the aoe.

I ran into Dragon Knight solo at the top of a keep, kept him from getting close and had him at 1/4 health as a sub-level NB. He ran away and I felt great about that accomplishment, point being, that was one way to counter that build. I am very aware that builds can be countered and am pretty good at finding those counters, just been trying to keep things honest in the thread, sorry if it comes across as dramatic.

@Nordjitsu Yea i added you and no we're not "Farming" emperor i was emperor and wanted to check out other campaigns to see activity. We're looking for a server that isn't non stop zerg but enough players to have really fun big battles. And I said I'd go check the campaigns out because my good friend was next in line for emperor. So i was like "*** it we're prolly leaving anyway might as well let a buddy get emperor too since i wont be here to reign" which is where i think the emperor "farm" Rumors come into play.

Also i Noticed you in game are the sorc evzor GDamn you're slippery. and i now know exactly what fight you're talking about outside arrius after we took your scroll we wanted to see if anyone would respond. after arrius tho.. we did come back to the scroll temple and get the scroll back.

Anywho lets chat in game about what we can do with Goldbrand and or maybe we can even go to another campaign together for more fun fights... Looks like dawnbreaker needs ep and DC help.

I can agree with you here, it's not all that great unless you can continue building that ult up really quick. A decent build to be certain, but there are definitely counters to it. We actually had to change our strategy after running into you guys a few times. We got used to staying grouped up to allow those hurting to bascially "blend in" with the rest while they heal. After running into you, when we get contact first order of business became "spread out" lol.

Has been fun the few times I've been in there fighting you guys, and I hope for more. Now that you're in Goldbrand our guild has a reason to push for VR and getting to the current level cap, before we were just taking our time enjoying the game and story.

@Vaider - Evzor myself and Oniric had a blast fighting you guys outside Arrius. And yes Evzor is quite slippery lol.

Everything else you are 100% about regarding the Vamp DK thing. It will get toned down but you pretty much said what you need to do to counter it.

Really enjoyed the fights on our last night there.

I totally get that man. There's no hard feelings about the move at all. And like I told you in game, I'm sorry I wasn't able to make the meeting. I had a bit of a family emergency and I didn't have any way to contact you out of game or TS.

We're looking for good fights too. I brought a handful of guys onto Wabba the other day to try it out and it was a blast. We were able to just camp a high traffic area (about 6 of us I think) and consistently find people to kill. Much more fun than Goldbrand for sure.

We can talk more about it later if you're still up for it. I feel bad for missing that meeting but my kid comes first. Only thing that frustrated me was a few comments in this thread about us getting "stomped." Not sure what place berit has in your guild, but trash talking allies on the forums generally isn't what I like to see.

I think you guys were absolutely helpful. I just don't like being told that we were carried or some such. That's not what a partnership is about.

Thanks for the add man. We can for sure discuss Goldbrand and maybe moving to the same campaign to continue fighting each other. Either way I'd still like to get a small group thing organized like a 5v5 or 10v10 or whatever. Even if it means we've gotta do it on a guest campaign.

As for the build, I think its just smart play for the most part. You're building up a build that's based on AoE sustain (I've got a similar concept accomplished in a different way with my Sorc). The guys Rizz was running with at times were just randoms clinging to his Emp coattails. So it makes sense that you were able to destroy them fairly easily.

The only skill I think needs any sort of change though is Dark Talons. And not just because of your build. The DKs in my group have taken to calling "Broken Talons" and I've been meaning to write a post about it. Gonna go do that now actually.

Oh absolutely. I have two little ones myself. I get it. I wasn't trying to call you out either. Just got the feeling some folks felt we abandoned our alliance. Which is simply not true .

Trash talking is being handled. No worries. Simply report any occurrences to me and it'll be dealt with. I don't like trash talking. I'd prefer Vokundein just stay off the forums, honestly. No point in being here. Just do the talking in game, on the battlefield.

Truth be told, doesn't matter if you were carried or not. The result is the result. That first night, when we first joined Gold Brand, I knew we weren't getting emperor. We were fresh on the campaign. I didn't care. I still don't care. I knew you'd get emperor. That was the night's goal. It was reached. Rather we did the majority of the work or helped just a tad; the RESULT is what matters. It's all about the EP.

The issue at hand is everyone want's specific guilds to get some credit for the hard work they are putting in. With there being no guild tags, no /who function, or any distinguishable way of telling what guild is what; everyone is a bit compelled to shout it out and almost brag. I understand that. But at the same time, have urged everyone to stop it. Get some videos going or something; that'll solve the issue.

Hello everyone,

I've noticed that there's been a lot of players coming and going on our little campaign, while it's a shame, it shouldn't really matter. There's always going to be plenty of good battles to fought and we are still on our first month of the game's campaign.

In the coming months is bound to be even more drama over exploits or "bad form" but I would that won't hinder everyone's else goal of having fun. After all isn't this why we are playing?

That's the line of thinking that made us decide to start guesting. We want to be challenged while taking keeps, come out and defend, fight us. Don't just say "Hey, take our keeps then we'll take them back."

We aren't in GW2, we don't want to just run around taking abandoned keeps from NPCs, we go to Cyrodil for PvP.

But make no mistake, even if you defend we will have our keeps .

DC loses emperor and within minutes they are zerging to take it back. AD and EP have like 10 guys tops right now. This is why I didn't want to take Chalman yesterday. They were leaving it wide open. They wanted us to take it. The last keep of theirs we took with a small group of low-level people and myself. They had a rank 10 vet just sitting there watching us do it. If that guy was anything like these dragon knight vampires, they could have stopped us easily.

I said it once, I'll say it again. They're letting us get emperor so they can give it to somebody else each time. They are farming Goldbrand for emperor.
