I think you already know the answer.

Is there any possible way to get one for this game? Didn't have much time to play the betas. And I can't watch Youtube videos to see if I truly enjoy a game. I have an actual copy of the game and not a digital edition.

I found the game not to my liking and really hope I am not out a large sum of money.

Don't get your hopes up. I submitted a ticket asking for a refund (10 days ago). Got a reply back saying the CS understood why I wanted one and to give the last 4 digits of credit card and my secret answer. This I did. I have had 1 more reply since then giving the usual BS your issue is solved. Replied that is is not etc but have heard nothing since.

Yeah, I got a PC. I just don't feel the need to post it's specifications for an ego boost.

Cool. I knew I should have listened to my gut and not purchased this game.

You will never be able to return a physical copy of an MMO, you have used the code obviously and no way you are getting a refund.

There are those of us that bought digitally, directly from the Zenimax shop, so given that there are no tangibles in play, it is all too proper to expect a refund when the product is not of a quality deemed fit for purpose.

Ummmmm no, there is no reason to expect a refund on a game you have purchased and played.

People have already received refunds, so it's certainly not impossible.

Distance selling regulations still apply. MMO or not.

I got $79.99 returned to my card yesterday morning from Zenimax, so you are incorrect. I actually got a refund! I'm very happy.

Btw, mine was a digital copy

You can get a refund. Just say the game is faulty.

I'm just hoping I can get like new codes or something and have my account disabled. Then I could at least sell it for some of my money back. I have the collectors edition so I'm going to at least be able to sell the other parts for something. Plus I can still attempt to sell the discs with the set saying it does not contain the key codes, I'm sure the steel book case adds some sort of value.

If you have a fisical version of the game try get a refund from the store you bought it. But i doubt you gonna get one, but without trying u never know. Some stores have very consumer friendly policies, other not so much.

This is where they term; "Buyer Beware!" comes into play. If you hadn't used the code you had a chance but since you used the code and obviously set up a subscription then I really don't think you are entitled to a refund.
What is written above are my honest opinions. If you agree then; "Great!" If you disagree; "Great!" I really couldn't care less either way.
