A welcome change indeed. Maps, master writs, surveys, a nice QoL change. I don't know how many times I looted a DLC treasure map I had one or two of and it had to be left behind or mailed to a friend. Being able to dig them up at our own pace, convenience is nice and as it should be.

I guess I'd better finally chase down the treasures of the old Treasure Maps I had laying around in Inventory... At least no new ones will add onto the 100+ drain to my bagspace lol

Still don’t see the point. Most aren’t worth digging and can be deleted.

I mean that could be said of much of any game activity. I did a ton of them for event coffers last event, it was the easiest way to get coffers every 5 mins between watching hdtoday, netflix, or youtube.
