Refund Request
Mistakenly bought the 2025 premium edition on this site and on Steam, and sent a support ticket a few days ago to request a refund, as I haven't played it at all since I bought it. I haven't heard from support yet. I tried making another support ticket through the correct "request refund" channel, but it was flagged as a duplicate. Any help is appreciated!

Thanks for the ticket number! I checked in on the ticket and it is in the correct place and active. Queues are a little high right now, so I would expect 24-72 hours for a response.2
