You know whats funny... there used to be a large DC population during that period then they left. I swear half the people that pvp try to avoid as much pvp as possible.
EP used to have a massive population during this TZ too, to the point of having it pop-locked.
Now after all the AB AD band-wagoners focusing on them, the EP pop is much lower.

So, what you're saying is that the EP people who came to play on Wabba and who regularly lock population for EP long before either opposition faction.....are NOT Band Wagoners looking for a campaign where EP is not on the bottom?

What? No, I'm saying that the EP bandwagoners have left since AD came here in force.
The AD from AB have started coming here while the pops on AB were low, and they stay here until they get a couple of bars for either DC or EP before they go back.
A large portion of the EP here were fair weather players.

I was told by a VR level player that he makes a point to do Bruma every day to level up. I'm sure there are other ways, but he likes staying in PvP and works it into his daily schedule.
