I said in 2024 that I thought Templars were in a good spot, save for Radiant Oppression getting an unneeded buff. Update 46 looks even better for Templars. However, I have some suggestions.
With Biting Jabs having a high chance at proccing the sundered status effect, what good does it to have the status effect on Power of the Light anymore? Why not give major breach to it again? The other morph should also get something to add passive offensive/defensive value.
Purifying Light: Summon an expanding beam of pure sunlight to doom an enemy, dealing 1161 Magic Damage immediately and marking them for 6 seconds. After the duration ends, the sunlight bursts, dealing 1285 Magic Damage, which increases based on the amount of damage you dealt to them over the duration, up to 200%. Also heals you and nearby allies in the area for 599 Health every 2 seconds, over 10 seconds. You can have only one Purifying Light at a time. Upon activation, you gain Major Sorcery and Major Brutality for 20 seconds.

The most underwhelming Templar ultimate with easily sourced debuffs is the Nova ultimate. It could use a rework, especially because ranged play with Templar relies heavily on ranged ultimates (namely the Meteor Ultimate). That's unfortunate because Templars have what should be their first choice in the class (the Nova).
Nova: Call down a fragment of the sun, dealing 4067 Magic Damage to all enemies in the area, After impact, enemies in the target area take 1161 Magic Damage every 1 second for 8 seconds and are afflicted with Major Maim, reducing their damage done by 10%. You or an ally near the fragment can activate the Supernova synergy, dealing 2607 Magic Damage to all enemies in the area and stunning them for 3 seconds.
