Rushing Agony is both bugged (pulling through terrain and beyond its radius) as well as universally hated in PvP, the proc has run its course, if there was ever a reason for the "monsters only" mechanic, Rushing Agony is it.

Rush of Agony does not apply CC immunity and is being exploited by many players. I'm not sure, but I think someone already pointed this out.....

10.3.4 update: Rush of Agony proc set pulled me diagonally upwards through terrain after I dropped off a ledge to break LoS on its user in response to sensing the gap closer being fired.

I hit people with 1600 hits in 10 stacks with Relequen. It takes 3 clicks in 2 seconds and they buffed it and nerfs the way of fire set. Interesting.
