rush of agony and break free

having the slippery red cp or reacting fast to the rush of agony pull results in having to break free animation from the pull then being able to be stunned and having to break free again immediately after. making it appeared you were cc'ed twice but the first one is just the animation and doesnt take stam but does lock your character in that animation and prevents it from casting the actual break free from the cc applied making it roughly over a second of a stun you can not break free from

    There is a bug in the game that seems to favor the animation completing before the break free. Every pull, and every knock back causes your character to slide. It's like being stuck in a falling animation where you can't cast anything until the game registers that you are on the ground.
    Being stuck in a CC that you can't break out of is a bug. It happens with various fears and stuns. I play a bash build, so I'm spamming interrupt constantly. Half the time I break free like I have slippery CP, the other half, I'm stuck in the CC for 2 seconds or more trying to break free. It's a real issue that needs to be addressed.

    Rush of Agony doesn't stun you, therefore you cannot break free from it. There's nothing to "react to" or break free from because it is not a "true" CC.

    It's the only CC in the game that breaks this rule, but it's not a bug - it's by design.
