"all of these Skill Styles" was referring to the skill styles in update 42.
in fact the full quote was "By the way, in Gold Road, all of these Skill Styles will be earnable as in-game rewards."

We saw that these were coming to the Crown store as far back as testing them on PTS. It's also heavily implied that all of the forthcoming ones for the classes will also be in the Crown Store.

This is exactly how I took that presentation, that only the skills styles she was talking about were the ones earnable in game. And since then we’ve had more skill styles earnable in game, and purchasable with fortunes and keys. I’ve always understood that at some point some skills styles would be sold in the crown store.
