ZOS, Massive Spike in Ping/LAG in Recent Days - What Gives?

Normally having no issues, but even I got kicked to login and had massive delays on PC NA yesterday. PC EU seemed fine to me though.

PC NA. The exact issues were getting massive two to three second delays, and at some point even getting kicked to the login screen a few times, after logging in again I was placed in a queue twice. Was in a dungeon. (Leveled a character from 12 to 50 through dungeons/BG's on PC NA the days/weeks before, with zero issues. Just to give an idea of my total playtime on PC NA.)

This normally never happens to me!

Below is a clip of our Unstoppable group running approximately 1-2 hours ago from posting. The first half of the clip is an example of how bad the rubberbanding was (freezing for several seconds and speeding up) and the second part of the clip was literally 4 players getting kicked at the exact same time. I also disconnected tonight but I didn't save the clip. I will state these players are from different continents, so the fact they all got kicked at the same time has nothing to do with their own connections.

Back again a day later.

This is our Unstoppable group again. As you can see in the top left towards the end of the clip, we literally had 5 people disconnect at the same time for no reason. Something has to give. PS/NA has been so bad since the servers went down a week ago. I'm in several trial discords and it's all the same complaints. Lots of groups I know have been cancelling their runs the past few days because it's almost impossible to get any meaningful progression in when you have multiple disconnections every trial.

Last night my Friday Night Trial group ran vKA twice. The first run was okay, no DCs, no lag spikes, no frame freezes.
Second run had all types of problems. One of the people in our group (a Twitch streamer that was streaming, I always stream our runs also) got DCd and had the hardest time trying to get back in. It took her close to 5 minutes to get back in. Another player that joined us from the Group Finder also DCd during the last boss fight, they got back in before the end luckily. We suffered massive frame freeze/lag spikes simultaneously...all 12 of us had the same experience at once. All 12 of us were in voice together, and at the same time, multiple times, you hear everybody say "I have a massive lag spike" or "I have a massive frame freeze" or "Uh oh..."
This was last night starting around 8:30PM CST on PC/NA.

Horrible lag and people getting dropped from Trials I'm in. Started really noticing it about 2 or so weeks ago.
