For me the crashes wouldn't be so bad if I wasn't met with a stupid "Internal Server Error" message every time I try to re-log in. This is especially hard when you get kicked from cyrodiil or a trial and have to wait 15mins at least to be able to log back in.
And in the case of cyrodiil re-queue sometimes as much as a hour to get back in cause the game kicks you- for being "offline" for 15mins due to a stupid server error.

Pretty sure the best way for you guys to know the problem is by having your own paid testers play the game.
I mean...does anyone else realize that it wasn't even mentioned whether or not if the ZOS dev team is even looking into this problem? Just that the forum moderators are handing off the threads to them?
The data should tell them. What analytics do they actually run? How can a Microsoft company be bad at servers?
Server upgrade took place before acquisition by MSFT. So data center config has nothing to do with Microsoft.
But now..... they should have the resources to call on, for expertise and capacity. So I still ask it, how can a Microsoft company be bad at servers?
Software yes, hardware not so much.
They are not HP, Dell or IBM.

From people on other factions I talked to they also were kicked so it wasn't just one faction.
I've gotten three BSOD errors while playing ESO in the last two days. It seems like something is going very wrong with ESO lately and it's not just lag and disconnecting issues anymore.
