@ZOS_Kevin It's been a few weeks since your last update. Please better align your updates with our requests. Once a week doesn't seem so unreasonable, especially with the severity of the issue. Is the team still working on it? And if so, what work has been done so far? How far along are we? These are really basic questions that we should be getting frequent updates on. Feels like it's been forgotten.

Also wondering this @ZOS_Kevin @ZOS_GinaBruno. I still haven't had a single view on the 7 videos I submitted with tickets so I'm curious just how much "work" has gone into trouble shooting this.
