Here's a thought.
You know how ISPs have techs that can come fix issues at people's houses?
What if Bethesda (and other big name companies) made a similar service?
One that could be paid to go to someone's house to troubleshoot and potentially fix issues?
Especially big issues like these. Gathering evidence the inhouse techs could use to solve the issues if it can't be solved on scene.
I think that would be a nice service to have.
Anyone else agree? Disagree? Why so?

Wow thanks ZOS for trying to kill your game, your doing such a good job at it. I love my 999+ ping. I noted my ping sometimes saying 270 but from the mounts passing me without seeming to move that this was a lie. Hope all your fixes have been trying to hide high ping, thinking about cancelling my eso plus and moving on

This game tries so hard to push me away sometimes....

Open the door to the bank, or try to, and it's a good 15 seconds before anything happens. Try to use a motif to learn it, a good 10 seconds elapse before anything happens. Ping, of course, is through the roof....

Meanwhile, latency is is sub 20ms in the other MMO that I've been spending more, and more, and more time playing.

I don't know what's going on with you guys, but you need to figure it out. As I've mentioned elsewhere, this game is great when it works. But that last part, "when it works", is happening less and less often. How much patience do you think people have?

TBH with everyone being away for the holidays and knowing a fix wont be coming till the new year at the earliest... I had to step away and just play other games to relax.

The stress/anger I get from the spikes makes what little time I have to play games not fun.

Lagged in a bg right now. Had to press multiple times for skills to work. Even when not around people just trying to cloak or buff.

Exactly this. And it's exactly this ZOS should keep in mind when they are met with anger, sarcasm, and related vitriol about the state of the game. People want to play this game, and they want to have fun doing it. Right now, more often it's a chore and an exercise in frustration. That's not how most people want to be spending their free time.

I have now had 5 total bg disconnects resulting in 25 minutes in penalties for something this company refuses to address/fix. Too bad it's not also affecting the crown store. We know for a fact it would be fixed before the afternoon turned to evening.

Made a return to the game in the last week and thought something was wrong with my internet. Just upgraded so thought maybe something was up. Checked everything, reset my modem and router. But nope, well over 700 mbps down and 30 up. Glad to know that the difficulties I've been having with input lag and just down right spikes in lag is not on me. Just the game not being properly taken care of. Its a shame what's happened with this game.

Our guild groups have been getting many multiplayer DCs in our trial progs. It's not fun, it's been going on for weeks.

It just feels like ZOS doesn't care.

I logged on tonight and it seems there are latency issues while playing the game which aren't being represented on the actual latency reading.

This is a new one for me but then again I have been playing a lot less lately. I am curious if other people are experiencing this lately.

I am currently playing Marvel Rivals and Throne & Liberty and not experiencing any of these issues with those games and my internet performs well when I work from home (which is pretty much almost every day at this point). I mention this because the issues I have been experiencing with ESO seem to be confined to only when I play ESO.

Played since Beta, on and off. Never once had real ping issues, until the last day or so. Same as what many have said, 999+ ping often, disconnects, slideshows, etc. I'm in Australia but 400 average ping is at least playable. 999+ is not.

Havent had a single PVP match that hasnt had bad lag spikes for over a week now.

100 pages...from beginning of May...and, someone correct me if I am wrong here, the next thing we have to look forward to is...a questionnaire on the issues? Ummmm...what am I missing here? Because...if you take a step back and look at this...the perception of it all is really bad.

I guess the devs figure it would do more damage to admit there is an issue than ignoring it. If they found a fix it may be expensive and fixes an issue only a few people have. Bleh.
