Translation issue or actual change?

Hi guys,
we are currently in a vSE HM prog and with the recent patch they changed the wording for the HM achievement. Basically "defeat all HM encounters IN ONE RUN", that translate to "defeat all HM encounters WITHOUT LEAVING SE" in german. Now the issue is with the last boss some players need to change their whole setup, one dd even swaps to heal. Without add-ons, we console players can only do this with the armory station, which is not allowed in raids ... So some players are scared to be locked out of the achievement for leaving the raid, changing gear and going back in.
Does anyone know if this is an intended change or just a translation issue (because we already have some of these in german)

PC addons cannot do anything in a trial that console players cannot do by hand inside the trial. If we need to do something beyond changing gear, like different attributes or different morphs or different mundus or different vampire/werewolf status, we need the armory, too. The armory is not a PC addon that ZOS added to base game. The Armory does many things that cannot be done with an addon. If is impossible for you to redo your build inside the trial and you must leave and use the armory, PC players would be in the same position.

PC addons can be helpful for speed runs. We can switch out gear faster. But we can't do things inside the trial with addons that console players cannot also do, just by hand.

It's almost certainly a translation issue. Dungeons and trials have never penalized players for leaving (beyond the obvious loss of time involved with leaving and coming back).
