Issues with Daily Login Reward Day 2 For Orsinium DLC

Update: Travelling to Fargrave fixed the problem for me too. What a strange bug.

Both Accounts 1has ESo-plus other not both not able to claim sec. day

Pc on Eu and US (can't check US as it's still 2 hours on day one)

Claimed day one rewards Thursday night (although I didn't talk to Pacrooti until the morning of the first after opening my PC NA crates)
I bought Orsinium on PC NA when it first came out, but I haven't bought it on PC EU

When I checked after leaving Cyrodiil this evening it said it would be 21 hours until Orsinium would be available and the reward for the last day of March was greyed out.

Edit: To clarify, I live in North America so that my EU "day" starts at 10:00 p.m. local time, which is why it was still February when I claimed the Day 1 reward.

Update: Weird workaround

Porting to the deadlands solved the problem for me and several other players on PC EU.

My husband is able to get to Orsinium/Wrothgar via ESO+, I am not as I don't have ESO+
(neither of us own it outside ESO+)

Traveling to Fargrave or the deadlands seems to fix this issue.

Im guessing this is somehow related to when the deadlands was given for free to people who participated in the Bounties of Blackwood event back in 2021?

Claimed crates yesterday (1st March).

Travelled to The Deadlands, pop up to claim daily reward showed on screen. I have since been able to collect it.

After someone in the german forum mentioned, travel to the deadlands, i checked it and it helps.

Worked when I travelt to clockwork city crossroads wayshrine announcment popped again and I could collect from that screen. Was locked out with 19 hours atm

- Logged in again after some players reported being able to claim the reward now but I still can't.

Fixed: Went to Fargrave and claimed.

Hello!
I had a problem that I couldn't get the DLC. The game wrote that I had to wait 19 hours to receive the reward, because the last reward of the month was blocked. I log into the game regularly and collect the reward.

When I changed the location and moved to the Dead Lands, the news menu opened again and I managed to take the Orsinium DLC. The reward menu was worn down for a month, so the last reward became available again

1. PC EU,
2. I took the award of the first day,
3. I already had orsinium before receiving the award,
4. I have all the other DLC

I am attaching a screenshot of the awards section after receiving today's award

Traveling to Deadlands/Fargrave seems to fix the issue but not everybody have those so not really a solution.
I don't have Deadlands on my 2nd account for example.

• I have 3 accounts. Two have ESO Plus, one doesn't. The answer is the same for all three accounts, and none can claim today's reward.

The Deadlands fix only works if you instantly claim the reward.

If you for some reason log out or leave Deadlands it will be locked permanently.
