    Cross healing needs to be limited.

    Either capping max HP at 30k, severely limiting cross healing/warding, or disabling all sets that do damage or healing outside your abilities.

    Any of these would drastically improve pvp.

    I don't know what changes I would implement to get what I want.

    All I know is I want tankiness to go down. The number of tanks in PvP is mind-numbing.

    It's too restrictive. There's nearly 0 population even during prime time on the weekends for a reason.

    While there are certainly a few outliers, the most problematic "proc" sets are nearly all ones that do damage/healing for you. A CP or no CP campaign where just these sets are disabled would likely play far better than the current iterations we have.

    That said, I do think capping the health at 30k would be the absolute most impactful thing they could do to immediately improve the game.

    PVP will never be "balanced" because it's more than the gear.
    Some players are much more adept at playing PVP against each other.
    And you can't balance that.

    Finally fix performance issues and bugs. This would make so many "problems" go away in an instant.

    Doing just 1 thing, and most of the suggestions being major swings; just asks for more balance issues.

    What they should do, is rather than let the no CP, no proc campaign rot; use it to test different rules sets. Hell; just start by tweaking the allowed proc sets to be anything other than procs that do direct damage, shields, or healing. See how it takes off. If it starts to suddenly be full; you have yourself a winner. Would require actually monitoring and continual tweaking though.

    Thing is; people don't really want everything balanced as it homogenizes builds and makes a meta. That's what spreadsheet balancing does. Need to be more focused on making the game fun. It's not so much right now with the stale metas of procs and ball groups

    I would make it so there are NO group buffs/cross heals.

    None!

    You only get the buffs/heals that you put on yourself.

    There would still be a benefit of being in groups, due to focused force, strategy, synergistic sets. You would still be able to coordinate attacks.

    But there would be none of this (40k shields+10 HOTS + every buff on earth+Major/minor expedition + 4 burst heals--) crap.

    I think that would be a super fun game play but I'm not sure most PvPers would like it.

    No smart healing/shielding. Only single target and aoe.
    healing is too easy in groups, cast echong vigor and it will automatically go on targets.
    This make playing in organized groups brain dead easy

    What would it be?

    I have a top 3 list for myself that I would love to have changed, and i think the pvp in this game would benefit from it overall.
    But if I can only change one thing, it would be nerfing Undeath passive hard so that this tankmeta thats been raging for years would take a big hit.

    (2 is block cost is to cheap, while healing and holding block, and 3 is crosshealing needs to be nerfed)

    Those stats make it so much easier to sustain. Without them you'd have to put a lot more care into how you allocate your resources on a build.

    but you do realize that these stats cause more damage and everyone here complains about a tanky meta? if you take away the stats, you expand the tanky meta even further, because people just don't want to die.

    Limit cross healing to only one instance of each HoT at any given time.

    It would also help to reduce NB burst heals and burst damage.

    Balance wise I feel like No-CP, No proc is amazing.

    Population wise... It's dead 80% of the time.

    I blame lack of transparency on what works there, and feeling of missing out.

    It's the only place in the game that has different rulesets for sets / CP and that's a turn off I guess....

    Game balance feels really good there though. No proc sets to carry players. No free damage from sets. No over performing proc sets. PvP combat feels good there.

    Cross healing can still be an issue and zerging is also strong (without vicious death, dark convergence, occult overload etc).

    That being said the better player generally wins the fight which is nice.

    It caused more damage with less investment into damage.

    Remove those stats, and people would have to drop their health back down to have good damage again - making everyone squishier.

    Adding those stats gave everyone free health AND incentivised stacking further points into health.

    Not to be a butt.... just, I see a lot of bad suggestions mixed in here. Kinda makes me glad ZoS doesn't listen very well.... :/
