ateolaSoul ShrivenFebruary 8, 2024, and I can confirm this bug still exists. I had maxed Azander's level and my rapport with him before trying. Tried several wells in Blackwood, tried having another companion out instead (Bastion) as was suggested... nada.

✭I have found on several bugs that starting a NEW character and completing it with that one fixes many of them. I think certain quests or achievements that have been completed or in the works interfere.0 -

I found this thread because of both of these. I went to Hollow City, and got a 3-heart affinity buff in the notifications, but I didn't get credit for having done this on the achievement tracker.
I've also created MANY teas, and gotten Azander's comments about it, and seen the affinity increase for it, but still don't have that part of the achievement either.0 -

Consoles typically get patches two weeks after they release on PC.
On rare occasion they come at the same time, and even more rarely a fix might make it into a console release before it hits PC.0
