Please disable Negates in cyrodiil or add in a skill that punishes stam users

    As a magicka player, I find it unplayable when theirs a group of enemies that has 5 sorcs in the group, and they all throw down negates on me... essentially paralyzing me (stunning me,etc) from using any kind of skills .... killing me on sight.

    Thats because magicka builds own Cyrodiil. There is not a single group that does not have a magicka player. Group healing derives from magicka. The most powerful aoe buffs and debuffs are unique to magicka builds. I'm pretty sure you've seen one magicka bomber wipe out 10 people on a flag. Removing a magicka negate (Silenced) would completely break the game. So long as magicka owns the big fights, stamina should be allowed to do cast their skills in order to kill the negate casters and healers while inside a negate. I agree that a stam negate (perhaps call it Disabled) should be implemented, but not in the same skill as a sorc negate. That would make negate too powerful. I mentioned in on of my posts that a stam negate should be implemented on the Enchanted Forest morph of the Warden healing ulti, since that morph is utterly useless.

    Time stop is halfway there and it used be spammed constantly. Till it was nerfed.

    Has negate ever been nerfed?

    Ooo what about an ultimate that causes 50+% snare + anyone in bubble can't use abilities with stamina cost, including block and dodge, and sprint but excluding regular movement.

    I think only the mass of NPC Negates in Cyrodiil problematic, otherwise Negate is an Ult which you first have to pull on the bar, which is quite expensive and only very situationally applicable. so quite fair

    Can we talk about what negate essentially is? It is the third CC. Stun, Immobilize, Silence.

    NB previously had silence, now it's only Sorc tool. Is it fair to even have this tool only in one class? Can it be added to underperforming ults of other classes? Sets?

    Also, I can totally see sorts of stamina negates in form of +100% cost on stam skills and basic combat abilities. And we can even put it on some underperforming sets or design some new ults for that. Thematically, it should be related to webs - you have troubles doing movements in the webs, so each actions costs more effort.

    I think its important to have the ability to negate healers. But I get the frustration, I dont main stam characters.

    Idk if this has already been said, but removing negates is taking away a big defense against ball groups. So please don't. I get that running in an unkillable group is fun for some people, but ball groups are now using their powers to take whole maps. That is boring and bothersome.
