    Hello,

with today's maintenance, they have corrected the issue. You don't need anymore the sensapi.dll in your folder's client.

Unfortunately, this issue has not yet been fully corrected. Specifically, it is still not possible to take a screenshot with Multithreaded Rendering enabled in the video settings.

Just now, after deleting SensApi.dll from the folder containing the client (C:\Users\<username>\eso\The Elder Scrolls Online\game\client) and re-enabling Multithreaded Rendering in the video settings, it was not possible to take a screenshot. Therefore, I am forced to disable Multithreaded Rendering again just to be able to take a screenshot.

Is there any possibility that it will eventually become possible to take a screenshot with Multithreaded Rendering enabled again, as was originally possible before Patch v7.2.5? The client seems to run much faster with Multithreaded Rendering enabled; however, since enabling that feature disables taking screenshots, I am forced to disable that feature and play using a slower client just to be able to take a screenshot; this is quite inconvenient.

That is because those are two completely different bugs. It was impossible to take a screenshot with Multithreaded Rendering enabled even before the update 32 (but it was disabled by default, so it was not so known).
The Three Storm Sharks, episode 8 released on january the 8th.

One mer to bring them all

Maybe now that it is on for everyone, more people will be hit by the bug and will report it. I don't know how prevalent the bug is, or how many people ever try to take a screen capture, though. The more people who report it, the better.
