Can I move the game to a new drive?

Sorry if this is already explained somewhere, but I'm looking to get a new SSD to replace my old HDD and want to know if I can move my game installation to the SSD from my HDD without having to reinstall the game. I have slow internet so it takes forever to download.

I have the retail version from the ESO website, not the steam version.
