This thread will definitely be locked and removed for naming and shaming, and you even risk being banned from the game for doing so. Meanwhile, it is very plausible that this cheater can continue his or her endeavours without facing consequences.

People like you are the reason why the real cheaters flying under the radar. People without any knowledge about (legal) game mechanics, people that barely stepping above the usual light attack/siege weapon spamming from keep walls etc.
TE made a great example how to report and make stuff open to the public, record stuff, report it, show it to the public.

But just because you are to bad zerging down a solo tryhard 1vsX guy, does not mean that person is a "cheater".

But for people like you its the easier way to comfy your soul and heart to call out everyone as cheater, that way you never have to improve yourself.

Time for ZOS pay for and install an Anti-cheat to their servers.
They can't seem to manage that themselves. So get and pay someone that can.
Its frustrating not knowing if you got killed by better players, or just cheaters with tiny ***.

If the cheaters can get away with this crap, they are just going to keep doing this every day and honest players are going to leave as they are now. Not renewing my plus until they can guarantee they are doing something to stop this.

A previous poster alluded to the same, and I agree. This extent is extreme and blatant, but it sheds light on the possibilities. If a player can alter the game for theirself to be using abilities from a trial boss on rapid continuous fire without resource drain, whilst also sky shuttling around at high speed unnoticed by the anti-cheat system, simple things like enhanced stats or bypassing cooldowns are easily far more undetectable and less visible to other players. I know its against ZOS' policy to feedback to us what they do with this stuff, but a tiny bit of transparency, just to let people know that they have been heard, something like a monthly statistic report even that just gives number of banned accounts for botting/exploiting etc (no need for names or explicit case mentions, just numbers)--anything that says player reports are acknowledged and ZOS are dealing with it, you know?

All of this has happened before and will happen again. Fixing cheats is expensive. It's cheaper to bury any discussion of the problem, as many players will never encounter those cheating.

Are you also aware of the other situation related to unjust ban of a fellow player? Anyone investigating that too? A lot of players are upset about that guy getting banned because of Zenimax's autoreply community care system.
