Every two weeks having big issues. They have 0 interest in making their game work. And it’s getting worse.

@ZOS_GinaBruno Tomorrow morning? And what Zenimax thinking about to give us as an apologize in return our all missing 1 day ESO+ time, daily login reward, mount upgrades of several characters, daily pledges, guild events, trader incomes, and so on?

It is not, if you read @todokete. They clearly say it is not just maintenance but an outage and they won't be able to let us in until the morning, where it isn't clear whether it is NA morning or EU morning, while the first means for EU the middle of the day...
It also means in any case ppl like me miss out on the last login reward for this month as well, without a compensation whatsoever

Xbox EU has issues too, it’s running but battlegrounds were horribly lagging.

It's not maintenance. That was this morning and was finished on time. This is "infrastructure outage" in ZOS' own words.

It's so weird how it's always the EU server that issues even after an apparent upgrade...

What does that mean for the daily login rewards? I haven't been able to log in all day so I can't get it.

The lack of communication, bugs that have been around and not properly addressed/brushed over like they are unimportant and this constant loss of gameplay, is what is making players pissed off.

Look at how quickly they can fix exploits when needed? They fixed the Sunspire chest problem pretty fast, but critical errors are getting brushed off.

It feels like every patch, something else gets broken, then played off like it's not a big deal.

Was there ever a compensation for a missed login reward when it wasn't the players fault? Over here it's 11:54pm. So it doesn't matter if it's "tomorrow" EU or US. It's definitely too late for this days reward. Without "consideration" of this problem the last reward of the month is already out of reach.

I logged in absolutely fine to the na server. From the UK. And a 150 ping which is not great but not game-breaking. If only I didn't have 3 years of playing invested in EU...

Customers - PAYING customers - are just ignored. AGAIN.

Whoever is keeps letting this happen - why are they still being paid for to do a job that is obviously far beyond their skillset?? Look at the history of EU outages

After the recent pathetic attempts at 'fixing' the EU server, to think that no safeguards were put in place after that fiasco, to at least TRY and prevent this displays someone's ineptitude in a glaring light. Someone is being paid handsomely for a job that they either can't do, won't do, and/or don't care about.

Meanwhile, ZoS continues to milk its EU customer base without shame, and yet again, displays the utter contempt and disdain it has now become famous for.

Which leaves us with two hours from now. In that time it won't be fixed. So, it means no login reward for this day.

Because it's not a patching problem. I was able to log in without any problem at 17:00 CEST. This is a problem with the servers itselves - and the US servers are in a very different location, not even on the same continent.

Just my only free day/night I I couldn't play because it's typical for eso to have problems after patch.

Yeah that's right. I get my daily reward. I logged in at 16:00 CEST and didn't see any problems.

sometimes you get the feeling that the eu server is only held together with tape and bubble gum.... i dont know any other mmo that has so consistantly that many issues with server quality... and since we dont hear anything to the contrary, at this point i have to assume that its a structural problem, zos is unable to fix....

Thanks for the news... but what do you mean by "throughout the evening"" ? Your evening over there in NA or our evening here in EU ?
Depending on what you mean, "tomorrow morning at the earliest" could mean 8am (Paris time) tomorrow... or 2pm... which makes quite a big difference.

So much this.
I'm assuming that you're talking about American "evenings and mornings" since you lot don't seem to care much for your EU population - but please, can you be more clear when stating times?
