PC EU Server logins failing again

    Was happy I woke up early today and could play some ESO. Can't log in. So disappointing.

    Seriously? Every week after so-called maintenance there are problems, the last two weeks guild finder issues, now no log-in. Communication as usual is dire, very disappointing that a good game has soo little in the way of support and customer appreciation. Other games at least give some compensation for lost game / sub time, but ZOS apparently can't even be bothered to do that.

    Thanks for the news... but what do you mean by "throughout the evening"" ? Your evening over there in NA or our evening here in EU ?
    Depending on what you mean, "tomorrow morning at the earliest" could mean 8am (Paris time) tomorrow... or 2pm... which makes quite a big difference.

    It's PC NA logins as well. I've only successfully logged in twice, switching to other toons has resulted in numerous login fails and random disconnects.

    Being in Australia, this is when I can play and I will miss out on a daily reward. Will I be compensated?

    Note: This refers to the EU servers. We are not talking into the evening, it's going towards midnight in most EU countries. So we will be offline until morning in NA, not EU right?? And that statement also will be in the morning of wherever you are, not where the people who are affected are.
    Communication again lacking and thoughtless in light that they are referring to EU issues but don't even bother to take account of EU time.

    Because a Steam version the game is not worth buy. This version always have problems. Steam have problems with game updates. So that's why you are tired with that.

    In other words: PC-EU isn't important enough to spend resources on during evening hours.

    She means that we have to wait until the server team in EU wakes up. Why would anyone say "tomorrow morning at the earliest" otherwise? Sure, let the folks rest. Maybe they dream of full running EU servers with dozens of hundred players sieging Arrius keep and doors are opening in one interaction.

    It's not maintenance. That was this morning and was finished on time. This is "infrastructure outage" in ZOS' own words.

    I just canceled ESO plus (and quit playing) as a result of your ongoing "performance" with server stability. Not being able to fix this over months (!!) is really unbelievable.
    Maybe many others will join, then your crap servers will work again someday

    PC EU just can't get a hold of itself lately, I'm literally losing will to play because how often these failiures happen. I did not put so much money into this game to get these shameful results.

    This has nothing to do with steam. The is whole EU server, steam or not. I dont have ESO on steam, my bf dont have the game on steam. Neither of us can connect.
    Magicka sorcerer from start until the end. Always. Through the good times and the bad, even now when its probably saddest PvE dps it has ever been.
    Even as an owner of one radiant apex mounts I am against radiant apex mounts and anything thats not obtainable by direct purchase.

    Not to even mention its only like 5-6pm in NA. They dont even bother using resources in later afternoon hours.

    Listen. It's not like in Battlefield 4 where you have so many other servers and you can switch betwen them, but you have one named MEGASERVER. Understand that is not easy to find every error and repair that because you want play now. Give them some time.
